Following Jesus Survey

We’ve created this simple survey to help people reflect and assess where they’re at in the journey of following Jesus. The results are anonymous and confidential, and will not only help you but also help our pastors as they continue their work in inspiring and equipping people to live as followers of Jesus.

You may find it helpful to share your survey results with a pastor, small group leader, or anybody else. You will have the option to do that at the end of the survey if you choose to.
