Shortlisted applicants will then proceed through our discernment process which includes an initial phone/Zoom conversation, formal interviews, reference and Safe Church checks, and any further conversations to enable the applicant, their family and the NewHope Appointments Team to discern God’s will and agree on the specific terms of employment together.
